The staff's attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort truly stood out. Whether it was providing helpful local tips or arranging restaurant reservations, they made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. Everything was very good! a cozy and nice hotel, a good breakfast (bacon, potato pancakes, pancakes, cheeses, eggs, cereal, freshly squeezed juice, pastries!). A coffee machine in the lobby and a tea station can be used around the clock. Friendly staff, excellent sound insulation. we had a room on the 5th floor and the elf tower was partially visible. Good cosmetics of the Retuals brand. I liked everything. The hotel congratulated me with a birthday compliment. in the nearest walking distance there are cafes and supermarkets, the metro is literally opposite.

+ the staff was very friendly and courteous + unlimited free water to refill your bottle in the lobby which is very convenient + amazing location - the next train station is located right across the street and you can reach the Eiffel Tower and other sights very quickly + Rituals products in the bathroom + in general very clean room (except for 2 pillows which were quickly exchanged)

Great location, lovely rooms, extremely helpful staff who can’t do enough to help you feel welcome! Free tea, coffee, water and snacks downstairs 24/7. Lovely lobby / living room with fire place and plenty of books!

(Rooms in Paris are on the small side) I stayed in room 209 from 13 - 17 Sept 2024: the room is spacious with double windows - so it is soundproof. ( a metro station is right infront of the Hotel Bleu de Grenelle Tour Eiffel ) The staff at the reception desk, breakfast room and from housekeeping were always friendly and helpful. I looked forward every day to the tasty buffet breakfasts - especially the FRESHLY BAKED pastries. During the day free coffee/tea and MORE fresh pastries were available ! The Tour Eiffel is a short train trip ( 2 stations ) away. I recommend this hotel !
